In this episode, I give you a little intro into how our brains work - notably the differences between our conscious and subconscious brains and what we need to do when we want to make changes in our lives or learn new skills. I could quite happily geek out on the science of how our brains work for the rest of my life so probably expect more podcast episodes like this in the future!!
